Open Outlook Express. Click on Tools,

...then Accounts.

In Internet Accounts, click on Add, then Mail.

Complete the next four screens as pictured, clicking Next to advance. On the last, click Finish.

Once back to Internet Accounts, you should see your e-mail acount listed as pictured. Click on Close.
